Our butter is best kept refrigerated for up to 3 months or frozen up to 6 months. It can also sit, covered, at room temperature (~68º) when softened butter is desired.

Shipping note: all orders are fulfilled and shipped on Tuesdays only with an expected 2-day arrival. Orders placed & received after Tuesday will default to ship the following week.
